Nominee: Dr. Ron Paul, Ron Paul Institute for Peace and Prosperity
Twitter: @RonPaul
YouTube: Ron Paul Liberty Report
It would seem Ron Paul would need no introduction, but we’re going to try. Dr. Paul served in the U.S. House of Representatives for the 22nd and later 14th Districts of Texas for a total of 24 years. In his early adult years, Dr. Paul was a flight surgeon in the U.S. Air Force and practiced medicine as an OB-GYN for several years. Ron Paul made 3 bids for the U.S. presidency–1988 (Libertarian), 2008, and 2012 (Republican). More importantly, he built a new generation of believers in sound money and limited government into a coalition and forced to be reckoned with and still serves as a voice for his principles in “retirement”.
Dr. Paul has authored numerous book in his illustrious career, including The Case for Gold, End the Fed, and The Revolution: A Manifesto. His author page can be found clicking here.
